'This Week’s No 1' released on 19th June

Inigo Byrne is no ordinary pop star. He’s got it all – looks, talent, youth - and his debut single, “This week’s No 1”, could soon become a case of life imitating art.

Released on June 19th on the Yellow label along with “Wish We Could Run Away”, both tracks are written by Inigo together with legendary songwriter Geoff Morrow and producer Michael Kingfisher.

This isn’t the first time that Inigo, almost 15, has been in the studio though, he once recorded a CD with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. But Inigo’s no classical artist, “This Week’s No 1” is a million miles from that genre - bright, bouncy, unashamedly pop, the single has fun written all the way through it and tells of chart success from a teenage perspective.

No stranger to live performance – he’s already shared a stage with Beyonce and David Cassidy amongst others - Inigo will be supporting the CD release by a nationwide tour of schools.

The schools tour kicks off on May 8th and runs for two weeks with each visit lasting around 50 minutes.  This comprises a performance with live vocals and a Q & A session.

Exceptionally gifted, disarmingly charming and incredibly good looking, Inigo has it all…..and 'This week's No 1' could soon be his as well!
